Grow your own healthy sprouts in this practical sprouting jar. Plastic free, easy, healthy and enjoyable. Grow in your kitchen on any counter or windowsill. We also stock the organ ic seeds (50g packs) to use with your sprouting jar: Alfalfa, Broccoli, Radish and various mixes. Instructions: Soak seeds for a few hours or overnight. Change the water, rinse the seeds and let drain on the stand. Do this daily for 4-6 days, or until your seeds have sprouted into crisp, tasty young seedlings. Rinsed and sprouted seeds can be stored in the fridge. Use as a garnish, in mixed salads, in sandwiches...
