Clyde, a womanizing restaurant manager, and Montel, a novice photographer, have been friends for years. Likewise, Brandy, a romantically jaded law clerk, and Adina, a flamboyant go ld digger, have also been friends for a long time. When the four meet at a party, Clyde and Adina sleep together right away. Brandy and Montel, however, don't immediately get along, but eventually find themselves falling into a quick moving romance.
