Our notes Classic Square Toe Ballet Flats with a gold metal bit. For these flats, we used an extra soft and supple version of our signature Italian bio-based vegan leather (62–66% plant-origin materials). The backs and sides of the uppers have only the vegan suede lining as a backing, so they are soft and flexible — they move and shape with your feet as you walk, helping make these flats super comfy. The brushed gold-tone horsebit, in 100% zamak, complements the grain and lustre of the Italian vegan leather. It runs parallel to the square toe shape, creating a minimalist shoe with striking lines. All our footwear is hand burnished at the factory as the final step before being wrapped in non-treated brown paper and then placed in their box. You can easily maintain the shine and colour using regular polish. The TR outsoles provide a nice flex at the toes, while the low-profile 1cm heels offer a balanced stride. Inside are stitched deep and squishy insoles — a soft memory foam top layer over a recycled PU base (20% recycled PU) — lined with cream vegan suede, which makes them super comfy for your feet and allows air to circulate inside, helping them stay cool and dry. They have been finished with a WVS emboss on the heel.
