Hulless Mix: This grex was contributed by farmer grantee Sydney Grange, who grows with Earthlings Veganic Farm in Mendocino, California. Pumpkin seeds are a high-fat, high-protein food particularly suitable for a vegan diet. Seven varieties were grown out together in 2024 a cool summer area, under low-till and minimal input conditions, and allowed to cross pollinate.
