Our squid is the freshest they come – freshly caught and cleaned. It has a firm texture and a lovely creamy coloured flesh. It is best cooked quickly, like flash fried with a bit o f flour, salt and pepper. Try it seared on the barbecue or fried in a light tempura batter. We clean, skin and remove wings and tentacles and then pack them up for you to remove the fuss of prep. You can then use each part individually to suit your recipe. Our fish is fresh and landed on the day that we market it, and you'll never receive a frozen replacement.
