Shipping:Our products are packaged with care to make their safe travels to our customers. We will ship all pre-cut layers packaged together. The pre-cut layers will arrive unglued to ensure easy customization, painting, or staining. If you receive a damaged layer, please provide a photo of the item, and a new layer of the same size will be sent directly to you to ensure you can complete your project.
