Come join us for a fun Adult and Child Partnership Style workshop! We will be having a great time as we build, stain and decorate these fun squirrel picnic tables for your patio or garden. This fun project will have children and their adult partner's using basic carpentry skills (screws, glue, nails) to go from a pre-cut and sanded pile of wood to a finished project! We recommend ages 7 and up for this project. Each project will be geared towards 1 child and 1 adult to have a fun experience together! We will be also be serving up "dough-NUTS" as well as drinks for our little squirrels and their partners. And as a bonus each project will include a small bag of squirrel food to get you started on the squirrel watching immediately! The fun starts at 10:00 am on Saturday June 18th! Can't wait to see you at the Studio! Pick you project here & our instructors will teach you to stain and paint (by stencil, not free-hand) your own wooden décor. Photos shown are just examples, you will choose your own stain and paint colors in the studio on the day of your workshop. How to register: Select your project by clicking photo/selecting in dropdown box. Enter personalization if required, if not, enter N/A. If the photo shows personalization (name or date), you will enter your name/date. Otherwise, project does not come with personalization. Enter any seating requests. Agree to terms & conditions. Proceed to checkout. This is WOOD workshop so your sign WILL HAVE random cracks, chips, knots and other NATURAL blemishes that give it it's characteristics! Some peeling may occur. We will do our very best to minimize disturbances to the words and make everything look intentional! Please keep in mind, no sign is absolutely perfect, as it is hand crafted, but it will certainly be WALL worthy! Simple substitutions of words within a design and layout can be generally made at no additional charge. Anything beyond a small change will have a design charge added of $10-$25 depending on the nature of the request. Due to the customization at ALL our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS FOR WORKSHOPS! However, if you cancel with at least 24 hours notice your project will be saved and can be completed at a future workshop within 30 days. Same day cancellations or no-shows will NOT get a credit for a future workshop! Please email us ([email protected]) to cancel.
