Unless that's what you are doing, throw the spacers in the trash. Spacers should never - we repeat NEVER - be used on Omnium or S300 cranksets to overcome clearance or chainline issues (regardless of the dumb stuff someone said on Reddit, what your kooky know-it-all friend told you or how the hack "mechanic" at your local shop does it). This isn't just something we say to piss people off, and this information is also clearly noted on page 21 in Sram's crankset & bottom bracket tech documentation here. The axle can't somehow magically grow longer to accommodate the width of added spacers, so you will ruin the bearings and potentially damage the non drive-side crank arm axle interface if you use spacers.
