Dry and earthy like the Australian bush this gin is bold with delicate pepper and savoury floral notes - a change from our signature citrus forward style gin. Botanicals include Juniper, Western Australian Wax Flower, Finger Lime, Tasmanian Pepperberry, Lemon Myrtle and Peppermint Box leaves from our very own trees at the home of Seppeltsfield Road Distillers. Drink it like we do! Keep it simple in a G&T with Long Rays Original Tonic or Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic and dried lime; or sweeten it up with Fever Tree Lime & Yuzu soda, lime and orange. Also delicious is a Native Gimlet or Native Margarita.
