Transform the Grainfather G30 Brewing System into an alembic distilling system and craft high quality distilled water, hydrosols, and flavoursome spirits by adding the Still Spirit s Create+ Alembic Copper Dome. When paired with the Still Spirits Create+ Alembic Condenser*, its copper construction and domed shape capture and enhance the flavours and aromas from a wash, making it ideal for crafting spirits like whiskey, bourbon, rum, and gin. It is able to strip away unwanted compounds and off-flavours, improving distillate quality. The Alembic Copper Dome comes with a 2" tri-clamp to DN40 Threaded Adapter allowing for it to be connected to 2" tri-clamp accessories, giving you the option to experiment with different setups and attachments for a truly bespoke experience. This adapter can be removed from the dome for use with older model threaded Still Spirits condensers. *Still Spirits Create+ Alembic Condenser sold separately.
