Dual-Sided Impact Design This paddle delivers two distinct sensations in one thoughtfully engineered tool. The pale pink faux leather side features three stylized peach cutouts that create unique impressions with each strike, leaving a temporary visual mark that adds psychological intensity to your play. The reverse side reveals smooth coral-colored material that delivers broader, more diffuse impact across a wider surface area. This dual construction allows you to alternate between detailed impression play and traditional paddle sensations without switching implements. Construction and Materials Built from a layered combination of polyurethane (54%) and PVC (45%) bonded over a rigid internal core reinforced with steel (1%), this paddle maintains the flexibility needed for controlled swings while preventing excessive flex that could compromise aim. The faux leather exterior offers enough give to conform slightly on contact, distributing force across the impact zone rather than concentrating it at a single point. At 32 cm (approximately 11.8 inches) in total length, the paddle provides sufficient leverage for effective strikes while remaining maneuverable in confined spaces. Grip and Control Features The handle features an ergonomic contour with a narrowed waist that fits comfortably in the palm, promoting confident grip even during extended sessions. Black contrast stitching runs along all edges, reinforcing structural integrity at stress points while adding visual definition to the design. A woven black wrist strap attached at the handle base threads through a sewn loop, creating a safety tether that prevents accidental release during use. This feature proves particularly valuable during more vigorous impact play when grip strength may fluctuate. Impact Characteristics The peach cutouts measuring approximately 3 cm each are positioned in descending size along the striking surface, creating varied impression patterns depending on angle and contact area. The relatively broad paddle width distributes impact across a generous surface area, making this tool suitable for users seeking moderate sensation intensity rather than concentrated sting. The semi-rigid construction produces a satisfying thwack on contact without the sharp crack associated with rigid hardwood paddles. Expect a warm, spreading sensation that builds cumulative intensity across multiple strikes rather than acute pain from individual impacts. Usage Considerations The light construction weight makes this paddle accessible for users developing impact technique, allowing for controlled swings without excessive arm fatigue. The contrasting coral reverse side provides clear visual feedback when switching between impression and standard mode. The balanced weight distribution prevents tip-heavy wobble that can compromise accuracy. The wrist strap adjusts to accommodate different hand sizes and can be cinched tight enough to maintain position without restricting circulation.
