Sold as a pair. If you have really thin lobes, or your piercing is placed very low and you'd like these to fit snug to your skin, we recommend the smaller size. The gauge of these earrings is 19g which is slightly thicker than the average ear wire. They will fit most piercings but may be uncomfortable for very sensitive ears.
