The SS88HPE model is designed and engineered for the prefacelift and the SS89HPE fits the 2016-facelifted model. With the popularity of performance upgrades using engine management and larger exhausts, Safari 4x4 engineering designed a snorkel system that raised the air intake to prevent the ingestion of harmful elements into the air cleaner.
