The SSI Assistant Instructor Program is designed for divers who want to take the next step into professional leadership and join one of the most exciting scuba teams in Southern Ca lifornia. This program prepares you to assist in teaching scuba students, strengthen your dive theory knowledge, and develop the communication and demonstration skills needed to guide new divers safely and confidently. The program includes both the Dive Guide and Divemaster training pathways, giving you a complete foundation in leadership-level diving.
