The V2 adds flat faces to the final cutting edge of the burrs which allows the generation of a controlled number of fines. What results is a burr set perfect for those who want one burr set to cover all bases filter and espresso. MPV2 burrs generate a grind distribution which is focussed on a sharper grind distribution and limited fines, giving you a lighter body for espresso, and enhanced flavour separation in both espresso and filter. If you are looking for a more classical espresso profile with higher texture and body, the SSP High Uniformity burr set will provide exactly that.
