These are Full Port MPT Stainless Steel Quick Connects. These seal up very well in either flow direction when used with the female quick disconnect. Will work with other SS quick c onnects (although, it does not work in conjunction with plastic or brass quick disconnects). Connectivity is easy for almost anything with a 1/2" Female National Pipe Thread on the outer ends.For typical brewing applications, this connection will hold pressure when moving liquids at 60 PSI or less. Thread Type*: National Pipe Thread (NPT)*BSP and NPT/NPS threads are NOT compatible with each other.
