SSX for the PS3 is a 2012 reboot of the classic arcade snowboarding series, focusing on racing, tricking, and survival across nine treacherous, real-world-inspired mountain ranges like the Himalayas and Antarctica. Players earn speed boosts from tricks to fill a meter for powerful "Tricky" and "Über" tricks, while the "World Tour" mode has players conquering these deadly descents. The game features a revamped physics engine, challenging gameplay with consequences for failed tricks, and an adaptive soundtrack to enhance the adrenaline-fueled atmosphere Show more
