Crossover: No crossover is included; the ST 25A Neo is packaged for use in an actively crossed over system. Mounting: The ST 25 tweeters are designed to be flush mounted from the bottom, with the mounting surface sandwiched between the included threaded mounting collar and threaded trim ring. The threaded shaft is approximately 1" tall, so the tweeter can be positioned within a range of depth/mounting height combinations. An optional threaded flange is available (AFR 25, sold separately) to top mount the tweeters.
