The St. Agrestis Non-Alcoholic Phony Negroni® is a unique combination of 30 real, raw non-GMO organic botanicals from five continents across the world. While we do not highlight all 30 of these 'natural flavors' to protect our full recipe, these botanicals fall within three core categories: floral, citrus & bitter. The Phony Negroni contains trace amounts of juniper and quinine, but does NOT contain grapefruit, and will never have chemical flavors or artificial colors added. Unlike many non-alcoholic spirits, wines and beers, the Phony Negroni® is not a spirituous product that is dealcoholized. To produce it, we tapped into over a decade of spirits distillation experience to create a one-of-a-kind, proprietary production process unlike any other that allows us to maintain all of the flavors, aromas, color and mouthfeel of a proper cocktail, sans alcohol. The Phony Negroni® only uses organic cane sugar from the Caribbean, which allows us to perfectly balance the cocktail and adds a silky texture on the palette that cocktail drinkers expect.
