A rye whiskey, in gin's clothing. Made with a base of 100% rye, the St. George Dry Rye has a marvellous malty signature, warm and spicy. This is followed up by a small number of cl assic gin botanicals, including the obvious juniper berry, black peppercorn, caraway, coriander, grapefruit peel and lime peel.
