Perhaps the most notable difference is the upgrade in its display. The HEART Two touts a 5-inch LCD bright colour display, showing animated illustrations and text prompts to complement the voice instructions. This greatly benefits the rescuer, whether they are in a loud or quiet environment, as they can take advantage of the audio and visual coaching. Meanwhile, visual and audible indicators help to monitor the status of the main device, electrodes, and the battery. To maximise accessibility, the HEART Two can be configured with up to 3 languages that can be seamlessly toggled with a language button. Once pressed, the guidance on the screen will be instantly changed to accommodate the rescuer — key for bilingual communities or international workplaces. As well as its accessibility capabilities, this AED is future ready. With a USB port and Bluetooth integration, administrators can configure it to report its status to a web portal. Additionally, the HEART series has the infrastructure if remote monitoring is required, compatible with Rotaid and AIVIA.
