These come in your choice of 14k Gold Fill, 14k Rose Gold Fill or Sterling Silver and are sturdy, with a slight amount of pliability to allow you to adjust the fit just a little.These bangles have an approximate 1 1/4 inch opening to allow for easy wear. This opening is included in the total circumference measurements for sizing.**** HOW TO FIND YOUR FIT **** - The best way to determine your fit is to measure the circumference of your wrist right above where the two forearm bones meet. From there, add 1/2 inch for a snug fit, 1 inch for a loose fit. EXAMPLE: my wrist measures about 6.5 inches and I love a 7 inch circumference.
