Our STAGE 1 - Introductory Program is a 3-day session that lets you bring forward your skills from one day to the next. Our STAGE 1 Introductory Program provides our students with an invaluable foundation to build their street or track riding skills. The Intro Program is the most popular program that we offer because it effectively trains all riders with skills that allow them to become safer, more confident riders in a controlled environment with our proven teaching formula! No matter what your riding background and goals, this is the perfect course for anyone that hasn't attended a formal advanced riding school. Day 1 - TRACK INTRO Day 1 is your first step in becoming the best rider you can be. You learn important skills such as body positioning, the fastest line around a turn, proper braking technique and throttle control. COURSE OUTLINE Controlled track riding Honda CBR125 rental Rental gear available ($180/weekend charge applies) Day 2 - ADVANCED TRACK RIDING Day 2 Advanced Track Riding is the next step in our Introductory program. On day 2 you will spend two hours in the classroom going over all the advanced riding theory that you will practice on track during the day. After the classroom session, you gear up and hit the track to practice your new skills from day 1 as well as build on them and develop more advanced skills. COURSE OUTLINE Track Riding - classroom session Controlled track riding Honda CBR125 rental Day 3 - INSTRUCTIONAL TRACK DAY Day 3 is our Instructional Track Day which takes place in an exclusive Racer5 school day. This is tailored to giving students a controlled track day experience. Students spend the entire day practicing the skills they practiced with their instructor on day 1 and 2 of the Intro program. The Instructional Track day is one of the most important aspects of the Intro Program. It allows students to practice their skills in a safe and controlled environment, under the supervision and familiarity of the same instructor that they had on day 1 and 2 of the course. For the 2026 season, all our Intro courses are held at Grand Bend Motorplex. Spend the day at the track and then hit the beach, restaurants and explore all that this wonderful resort town has to offer! Successful completion of this course allows students to take part in our track bike rentals and additional programs. NOTE: THIS COURSE IS NOT INTENDED AS A "LEARN TO RIDE" PROGRAM AND IS DESIGNED FOR EXPERIENCED RIDERS.
