Always place the kettle securely on its base before use. Do not operate the kettle without water. Allow the heating cycle to complete before lifting the kettle from the base or adjusting settings. CleaningUnplug the base and allow the kettle to cool completely before cleaning. Wipe the exterior and base with a dry or slightly damp, non-abrasive cloth. Do not immerse the kettle, base, or power cord in water. Do not place any parts in the dishwasher. Descaling (Deep Cleaning)To remove mineral buildup, descale periodically using a mixture of water and white vinegar or a manufacturer-approved descaling solution.
