This is a written pattern only, it is not the finished quilt. This pattern includes a video to download that walks you through how to do foundation piecing with freezer paper using the pattern template included in the written download. This is for the staircase panel quilt. A quilt that goes on the wall of a staircase or any wall you choose. I hang mine on a curtain rod with clips. Fabric requirements depends on how you make it there are 2 options. First option using foundation piecing you will need a total of 9 yards in various colors for the top and 2.5 yards for the backing. I know that sounds a lot but that’s how you get the stained glass effect. Second option has 4 yards for top and 2.5 yards for backing. Dimensions: width approximately 54” in total.
