What Is An ISO 9001 Stakeholder Register Excel Template? An ISO 9001 Stakeholder Register Excel Template is a structured spreadsheet used to identify, document, analyze, and manage the people, groups, and organizations that are relevant to an organization's Quality Management System (QMS). For ISO 9001, the concept of interested parties is particularly important under Clause 4.2, which requires organizations to determine the relevant interested parties and their relevant requirements. Although ISO 9001 does not prescribe a specific stakeholder register format, maintaining a structured register can provide a practical way to document and periodically review this information. The existing Excel template includes fields such as name, designation, department, role, contact, category, interests, influence/power, expectations, communication requirements, frequency, and comments.
