The Stance IQ is a golf training tool for perfecting your stance and ball position on the range or during warm up before a round. By improving the consistency of your setup (both stance width and ball position) you reduce the dispersion of your shots, as well as improve your strike quality and ground contact through better low point control for each club. Start off by determining your preferred ball positions and stance widths through the simple calibration process outlined in our Practice Guides. Then move onto skill-based drills to help improve the consistency of your setup each time you practice. It only takes 10-15 minutes of each training session to improve the consistency of your setup that will lead to finding more fairways and hitting more greens.
