South State MFG is proud to announce the new Vanguard Linear / Inline Cartridge System. Many years of development and testing have gone into bringing this New never before seen system to market. Vanguard Cartridges come equipped with two points of contact to help keep the needle running true / linear which in turn helps prevent the needle from floating. Powered by a diaphragm with medium tension that also helps prevent back flow contamination. No more back stems hanging out like all cartridges currently on the market running on the housing creating heat from friction which can cause the stem to melt or lock up. Vanguards proprietary multi textured soft composite grip has a 5 point locking system that allows needle adjustment on the fly with just a push of the button. Needles are made from 316L stainless steel ground to perfection. Tubes and housing are made from medical grade plastics / composites. Vanguard products are E.O. gassed for sterilization. Vanguard standard cartridges are #12 needle pins. Slightly textured and are medium to long taper. 10 Vanguard cartridges per box.
