Burnished Sugar Dark Chocolate Dark chocolate layered with caramelized sugar taken just to the edge of bitterness. The sweetness is deliberate, restrained, and architectural, designed to soften without rounding the corners. Toasted Milk White Chocolate White chocolate slowly toasted until it takes on depth and color. Notes of shortbread, warm cream, and subtle nuttiness replace sweetness for sweetness’ sake.
