STAR ANISE is a beautiful star-shaped spice. Native to China and Vietnam, it has a strong, spicy liquorice flavour. Star anise is the fruit of the evergreen magnolia tree and has b een used in China for over 3000 years. SUGGESTED USES: STAR ANISE goes well with fatty foods such as pork & duck.
