Diagnosis and repair in 10 Business Days. $99 Flat Fee per printer. Repair process includes: Extensive inspection of broken components to guarantee proper replacement or repair is met. The device is thoroughly tested to ensure reliability and performance. All devices go through our cleaning process to meet industry standards. If the printer is not able to be repaired we will refund the full $99 fee and dispose of the unit for you at no cost. If you want the unrepairable device returned, there will be a $20 fee. Repair does not include the communications card. Defective communication cards will be billed separately. Instructions: Purchase this Repair Item. Order one for each device.
