Historically worn by both warriors and priestesses, Ruby activates your Base Chakra, your Life Force Energy, with a renewed sense of sexuality and sensuality. Rubies are extremely helpful in diminishing feelings of sexual trauma or dysfunction and notions of self-harm, including sexual shame or self-consciousness. Release / Heal the negative attachments to sex - that even without a traumatic physical event, we are all societally conditioned to have, esp. those of marginalized genders or sexual orientations - to fully enjoy sex and intimacy on physical and metaphysical levels, and owning your own sexuality. I do not recommend carrying pieces consecrated or dedicated to Ares on your person (leave it on your altar or ritual space).
