This crown is a historical reproduction of a wax-flower bridal crown, c.1929. Floral crowns, specifically with imitation orange blossoms, were brought into vogue by the 1840 weddin g of Queen Victoria, who wore a wreath of real orange blossoms, long considered a symbolic flower in wedding ceremonies.
