Schoppel-Wolle Zauberball Starke 6 is made from 75% wool and 25% nylon. Starke 6 is a stunning, self-striping yarn that's perfect for creating beautiful, colourful projects. Starke 6 is a slightly heavier weight yarn than your favourite Crazy Zauberball. It knits up as a 5-ply/sport weight or 8-ply/DK weight yarn on 3.0-4.0 mm needles. This yarn is lovely and soft, and while still great for those thicker socks, you can also use it in shawls, cowls, sweaters, and a variety of other projects. Each ball of Zauberball Starke 6 contains 150 g of yarn and has a length of approximately 400 m. Things to Note: The knit tension is 30-32 stitches per 10 cm. The recommended needle size is 2.25-3.25 mm. The recommended hook size is 3.0-4.0 mm.
