Starter 1999 is a starter-level Magic set that came out in July 1999. It was the next attempt, after the Portal series, to ease new players into the game. The Starter set is slight ly larger than a standard smaller expansion and most of its cards are reprints of cards already available. It contains twenty-six new cards created just for this release. Collector's Note: This booster pack is part of the Face to Face Games Box Break Program. Box Break packs are pulled directly from a sealed booster box opened by F2F staff, then immediately placed in a protective case and secured with a tamper-evident security seal. This process verifies the pack’s origin and preserves its condition and authenticity from the moment the box is opened. Show more
