Our Starter Kit is appx 20lbs of our lean, 3 week dry aged longhorn beef. This kit option is for people wanting try a variety of our cuts without committing to a larger order. This assortment of beef is comprised of one package of Sirloin steak, one package of New York Strip steak, a roast, two packages of Tenderized Round steaks, one package of stew meat and *soup bones, and 9 pounds of ground beef.
