The Equipment needed for the Body Foundations Starter & Relaxation Method Holiday course minimum: BF Starter Kit - 1 Pair of Black, Gold & Pump if you are 5’5” or more. BF Starter Petite kit - 1 Pair of Black, Pearl & Pump if you are 5”4” or less. We recommend + EXTRA SUPPORT KIT* be added onto all BF Starter Kits. Additional Pearl and Gold Ball to your BF Starter Kit of choice. The Extra Support Kit, allows you to complete all of the Modifications safely as well as experience the work in a more relaxed and restorative way. *Important if you need to build core strength, have neck issues or need support with general imbalances in your body. Purchase the Extra Support Kit at the same time as the Starter Kit, so balls are the same size and density to start (Ball sizing changes with each manufactured lot - same size cannot be guaranteed after first purchase).
