We will have an initial 45-60 min consultation discussing your: Current and past running experience and routines Injuries Goal race(s) Scheduling Aspects of enjoyment/ challenges of the past +More! We coach any athlete with an elite coaching approach for long term happiness and success. After the initial consultation, each week we write completely custom programming with 1-2 weekly workouts of varied intervals followed by programmed easy run and/or cross train days. You will receive it in a personalized program link. Stuck in a snow storm? Don't worry we will adjust your programming! Feeling aches and pains? We will adjust your week. Our run coaching is COMPLETELY CUSTOM TO YOU and we take on only a maximum number of athletes to allow for us to give you the attention, consistent communication, and focus you need to succeed for your running goals.
