Rather cryptically 'I think' is a homage to Charles Darwin and the triumph of reason as well as being body good manzanilla. Bottled after barely the slightest filtration process, i t retains the intense golden color and pungent character it exhibits straight from the butts where it ages under flor for about four and a half years.
