The wheel fork axle then passes through the bottom side of the wheel fork. and is then pinned into the frame. There are two bushes pressed into the wheel fork. These allow the wheel fork to pivot on the axle without causing wear or friction on either part. Spacers can be fitted to either side of the wheel fork to ensure the wheel fork sits centrally.
