A Wellness Experience Stay FLY is a thoughtfully curated wellness experience designed to help you slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with yourself as you step into the year ahead and begin creating your vision board. FLY stands for First Love Yourself. This experience is an invitation to fully embrace who you are, honor your needs, and give yourself the care and attention you deserve. Through intentional moments of grounding, reflection, and creative visioning, you’ll be supported in gaining clarity around what you truly want to call into your life. This experience is presented in partnership with Las Mamacitas and Cindy Canek, who will be guiding the wellness and visioning workshops throughout the event. Together, we are creating a space that feels nurturing, intentional, and deeply rooted in community. The experience engages the five senses to support deeper connection and nervous system regulation. Elements may include guided envisioning, sound and breathwork, somatic practices, grounding aromas, and nourishing food and tea. These practices are designed to help you feel present, centered, and open as you move into the visioning portion of the day. The vision board workshop goes beyond surface-level goal setting. You’ll be guided inward first, allowing your vision to emerge from alignment rather than pressure. From there, you’ll have time to reflect and create through journaling, writing, or vision board creation, with space to share and connect in community if you choose. Through reflection, intention-setting, and collective support, you’ll leave feeling aligned, empowered, and clear on your goals. Guests are encouraged to dress in comfortable, relaxed lounge wear, something that allows you to fully settle into your body and be present in the experience. Stay FLY is a pause, a reset, and a gentle reminder to root yourself in intention...trusting your inner voice and releasing outside expectations of what you should want or need.
