O-Ring for the air conditioning refrigerant circuit, sealing a pipe or hose union against refrigerant and compressor oil pressure. The ring is compressed between the machined faces of the union as the joint is drawn together. It is a service item: renew it whenever the connection is opened and coat it lightly with the correct refrigerant oil before assembly.
