“Steak & Eggs” was the Official Art for two events, Vettes on the Rockies in Colorado in July of 2007 and the Pace Car Reunion at the Corvette Museum in September of the same year. The diner pictured in the painting is an historic eatery on West Colfax in Denver. It opened in 1957 and seems to have the same growling waitresses to this day.
