The "frites" in this dish refers to our unique griddle-style pub fries. We start with baked Idaho potatoes, slice them thick, and griddle them in extra virgin olive oil until they're perfectly crispy. A light dusting of kosher salt and pepper finishes these fries, adding just the right touch of seasoning.This dish, a French bistros and brasseries staple, will become a favorite at your dinner table.
