Item details: These slim-line steak-knives have micro-serrations along the blade. meaning this is a knife that will slice, rather than grind, through anything it cuts. These form a miniature carving set to maximise the eating experience. The finely ground blade is deceptively light, and is made using a proprietary stainless steel (chromium, molybdenum, vanadium) which is harder and more durable than the average European stainless steel, while the handle is made from dishwasher safe polyoxymethylene (POM) set with brass rivets.
