That's what Eagle Flats was designed to do. It's small enough to fit into a briefcase, but deadly enough to destroy the world. Every rogue nation on earth wants a crack at it. Neither the FBI, the CIA, nor the military will find it in time. So they outsource the job. Stone can find anything, and whoever stands in his way usually ends up dead. He's a killing machine with a rusty conscience, a crusader who likes a big payday but likes shooting, stabbing, clubbing, crushing, and otherwise silencing bad guys even more. This time the bad guys aren't running away. A massive, monstrous Ukrainian named Andrei and his hand-picked band of thugs, assassins, and terrorists want Eagle Flats, and they know Stone can get it. But why would he give it to them? Maybe because they've got the only thing that matters to him: a six-year-old girl named Dawn. As a cataclysmic thunderstorm hammers Atlanta, Stone comes to town in search of Dawn—just like Andrei knew he would.
