Hard to say where exactly to start with this fly. Chartreuse and krystal flash, have been proven to be a deadly attractant time and time again. The way the foam is tied allow this pattern to be both a slider and/or a diver depending on how aggressively you retrieve it. The foam is tied back over itself to create a air pocket, when this pattern is made to dive the pocket creates bubbles on the way down.
