Steam-A-Seam is coated on both sides with a pressure sensitive tacky glue which allows for a temporary hold to both the appliqué material and the background material. Pieces stay r epositionable until fused with an iron. Once fused the bond is washable and permanent. Nothing is permanent until pressed with an iron. Show more
