“It should not be seen as normal that we, as photographers, can take a nude picture of a woman; it is a precious gift.”- Stefan Rappo Nude photography is often reduced to the representation of a body, overlooking the fact that, above all, the subject is a person. This workshop invites participants to move beyond that surface and explore a more intimate and meaningful approach. The ambition is not simply to photograph nudity, but to create portraits of women where emotion, presence, and authenticity take precedence over form. Over four days in Venice, Stefan Rappo guides participants through an intuitive and immersive experience of nude photography. Working with professional models and across a variety of carefully selected locations, participants will explore different atmospheres, lights, and narratives. Through hands-on sessions, demonstrations, and close guidance, each photographer will learn how to build trust, direct with sensitivity, and create images that resonate beyond the visible, where body and emotion become one.
