Stellar have replaced traditional pre-cut knife slots with a block housing hundreds of long fibre rods which when faced with a knife will move to securely grip any shape (up to a m aximum 20cm length blade). The outside of the block is kept clean by wiping with a damp clean cloth, whilst the rods can be removed and cleaned, thus offering a more hygienic storage system than traditional knife blocks. No pre-cut holes, 100 of fibres adapt to receive any type of knife up to 20cm in length. Perfect for holding a mixed knife range. Can hold up to 8 knives.
